A flat €3.00 per item replaced the duty relief on EU-bound consignments worth €150 or less on 1 July 2026. It is counted off tariff classifications rather than value, it is charged instead of the percentage rate rather than on top of it, and it expires 1 July 2028. Four consignments priced line by line.
