880622: Camera drones
An unmanned aircraft carrying a camera is an aircraft of heading 8806, not a camera. The 2022 edition created that heading and moved these goods wholesale, so older product data classifying a camera drone here is out of date rather than merely arguable.
851762: Network video recorders
A camera captures and a recorder or network appliance does not. A kit containing cameras and an NVR is not one article, and the recorder takes its own code, so surveillance system consignments routinely need more than one line.

No. Unmanned aircraft have their own heading, 8806, created in the 2022 edition, and a camera carrying multirotor is an aircraft rather than a camera. Older product data commonly still shows the wrong heading.
Can a CCTV kit be declared on one line?
Usually not. Cameras are classified here, but a network video recorder is separate apparatus with its own code, so a system containing both normally needs more than one line.
